01 / THE COMPLETE PICTURE
From accepting an offer to completing enrolment, every document and deadline needs a clear owner.
Receiving an offer is only the beginning of cross-border enrolment. Final transcripts, proof of graduation, offer conditions, deposits, tuition fees, visas, medical examinations, insurance, accommodation, flights, course registration, and enrolment often come from different offices and have interdependent timelines. Relying only on scattered emails makes it easy to miss a deadline or submit the wrong version.
Using the formal offer, the institution's portal, and the requirements of the relevant authorities in the destination, CEC creates a master transition checklist covering each task, owner, deadline, status, and file location. When third-party services are needed for translation, notarisation, credential verification, medical examinations, accommodation, or airport transfer, the provider, fees, cancellation and refund terms, and document handover are made explicit.
Support can cover Singapore and other major study destinations, but visa, insurance, tenancy, and entry requirements must be checked separately for the country, institution, and student's status. Our role is to organise information, manage the process, and coordinate resources. Decisions by the authorities, housing availability, and third-party service outcomes are outside CEC's control.
